DESCRIPTION:We’re marking the middle of the summer – and\, no doubt\, the need for some R’n’R – with our Mid-Summer Stretch. \nOpen to all members\, but places are strictly limited\, this is a chance to join fellow founders for a chilled-out morning\, all about *you*. \nFuel your body and mind with a yoga flow by our resident yogi Vicky\, founder of I AM YOGI. No experience is necessary – this is all about stress relief\, mindful movement\, and connecting with yourself. Mats are provided\, so just wear something comfortable that will enable you to move. \nFollowing yoga\, we’ll enjoy some delicious baked goods and refreshments\, whilst getting to know one another. \nThis event is usually closed to ‘Founding Founders’ only\, but as it’s the summer holidays we’re opening up a few spaces.
