We launched in the West Midlands in spring 2024 and at the start of 2025, we’re heading to Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Our ambition is to be a UK-wide community, built around local hubs working with champions in local areas. This will enable us to focus on local collaborations, tailored support programmes, and geographically-relevant partnerships.

Did you know that the West Midlands boasts the highest percentage (19.1%) of women-led businesses outside of London? That’s why we knew that Brum had to be our launch location and the home to the club. It’s also where our founder is based – in the heart of a region brimming with female entrepreneurial spirit.
The Compound by Javelin Block Spaces is our Birmingham home, alongside STEAMhouse, which is one of our strategic partners. You’ll find us here hosting masterclasses, panel events, brand events, and networking.
