We launched in the West Midlands in spring 2024 and, since then, have continued to expand across the West Midlands with hubs in Leamington and Worcester.
Our ambition is to be a UK-wide community, built around local hubs working with champions who know their local area. This will enable us to focus on city and region-specific collaborations, tailored support programmes, and geographically-relevant partnerships.

Did you know that the West Midlands boasts the highest percentage (19.1%) of women-led businesses outside of London? That’s why we knew that Brum had to be our launch location and the home to the club. It’s also where our founder is based – in the heart of a region brimming with female entrepreneurial spirit.
The Compound by Javelin Block Spaces is our Birmingham home, alongside STEAMhouse, which is one of our strategic partners. You’ll find us here hosting masterclasses, panel events, brand events, and networking.
Leamington Spa is a thriving hub of creativity and innovation, and we’re excited to be part of this vibrant community.
