When it comes to inspirational founders, Valentina Milanova is right at the top of the list. Founder of health tech brand Daye, she’s pushing boundaries to change the world for women’s gynae health. From CBD tampons that offer pain relief to diagnostic tampons that detect STIs, Daye is launching innovative products and services to fit conveniently into our lives.

After 180 investor pitches back in 2018, Valentina raised £4 million in seed funding to launch a pain-relieving tampon to help around 90% of women who experience period pain. Last year, she raised a further £10 million in Series A to introduce a game-changing diagnostic tampon to detect STIs.
