We know that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work for the multi-faceted journey of a female founder or leader. While our Local Hubs provide the connection, our Initiatives provide what’s needed to ensure that women can scale beyond their wildest dreams.

Whether we’re hosting intimate dinners, supporting the next wave of investment-ready businesses through the Fortuna Fellowship, or providing a place for exited founders to come together, every initiative is built with one goal: to bridge the gap between female ambition and economic power.

These are the rooms where the real work happens. Instead of pulling up a seat at the table, we’re working with brilliant partners to create new tables altogether.

Million Pound Ladder

Not enough women are reaching their full revenue potential… due to a lack of access to growth-specific education, tangible opportunities, and a structured path to scale. Only 2-4% of women-led businesses reach £1million+ revenue.

That’s why, this year, we’re launching the Million Pound Ladder: helping to de-risk growth by providing a clear focus on what to prioritise and when to hire from £0 to £1m+.

The Power Table

We curate intimate dining experiences that unite female founders and C-suite leaders in spaces designed for real conversation. These dinners the perfect backdrop to come together, share war stories, and collaborate on future projects.

We work with partners to create evenings that are memorable and invigorating; fuelling women’s ambitions and helping them to keep scaling businesses that change the world.

Fortuna Fellowship

Fortuna Fellowship is our unique 12-month accelerator offering five ambitious female founders an unparalleled opportunity to scale their businesses.

In partnership with Future Planet Capital Regional, who manage the West Midlands Co-Investment Fund,  our founders receive expert guidance and the potential to secure a share of £2 million investment.

Exited Founders Club

The journey of scaling and selling a business is unique, exhilarating, and often profoundly solitary. At The 51% Club, we believe that success deserves connection.

The Exited Founders Club is our new national network dedicated to uniting the UK’s most successful female entrepreneurs. It is a powerful peer group created to share experiences, transfer knowledge, and channel capital back into the ecosystem.

Female Enterprise Forum

We’ve created a unique, regionally-focused network that brings together public and private sector leaders to strengthen their ecosystem and make it the best it can be for women.

Our pilot forum is in the West Midlands, supported by West Midlands Combined Authority through Business Growth West Midlands, with 50 organisations.

We can’t do it alone.

The 51% Club is all about collaboration, and that’s why we’re on a mission to find the best people, projects, and organisations to support women-led businesses.
