We have partnered with the Business Growth West Midlands Investment Readiness team to offer a comprehensive ‘Access to Finance’ programme specifically designed for female founders in the West Midlands.

You might want to access capital, or just create a wonderful business – regardless, the building blocks to achieve both revolve around building a strong business case that can withstand the test of time. This is the goal of this two day workshop: to give you the tools to build a strong business that can achieve scale.

Is this workshop right for you? Yes if you: 

• Have a business registered in Birmingham, Solihull, or the Black Country
• Have a validated business proposition and/or a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
• Are actively seeking to raise investment or scale your business within the next 12 months
• Have a business plan or pitch deck

Day One:

• Introductions and getting to know the room
• Building out a growth strategy for an early stage business
• Turning that strategy into a cash-flow forecast

Day Two:

• How you’ll spend your money
• Executing a successful fundraise
• Executing after a fundraise (or just executing)
