Based at The Wilmot, in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, our co-working space is more than a place to work. It’s a space designed to surround you with community, energy, and the kind of people who make your ambitions feel not just possible, but inevitable.
Open from 1 June 2026, The 51% Club at The Wilmot offers dedicated desks and flexible passes for female founders and leaders who want to do their best work in the company of other ambitious women.

Dedicated Desk
Your own permanent desk in the space, available every working day. Members receive a £51 monthly discount — the same as the cost of annual membership, so joining pays for itself from day one.

About the space
Located on the first floor of The Wilmot, one of Birmingham’s most beautifully restored heritage buildings in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, our space combines industrial character with a calm, professional atmosphere designed for focused work.
The Wilmot offers access to high-speed WiFi, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and some of the most beautiful light in Birmingham.
Please note that The 51% Club’s space is on the first floor of the building with stair access only. However, accessible co-working desks are located on the ground floor.
