​When Maxine started the business from her kitchen table aged 50, and with limited business experience, she had no idea that it would become the multi-million-pound wellness brand it is today. The first collagen supplement to hit the market, in its first year Absolute Collagen achieved turnover of £413k… fast forward to seven years later, and the business was turning over £30 million!

Since then, the brand has been named fourth in The Sunday Times 100, won a Pure Beauty Global Award for ‘Best Wellness Icon’, and achieved Great Place To Work status. Not to mention Maxine’s array of awards and accolades, including winning Natwest’s EveryWoman Award.​

We’ll be welcoming Maxine and the Absolute Collagen team to The Compound for a morning of inspiration and empowerment.
