About the Speaker: Krystle McGilvery, Founder of Mind Over Money
Krystle McGilvery, Founder of Mind Over Money, is a renowned finance and behavioural psychology expert dedicated to providing finance skills training, business support, and mentoring. She infuses behavioural science, finance expertise, and business acumen to create opportunities that support people in making good decisions.
Krystle provides business consultancy, finance mentoring, and is regularly called as a guest speaker. She has partnered with companies such as AllBright, The Guardian, VMLY&R and Birkbeck University. Krystle has appeared on ITV, featured in Refinery29, The Telegraph newspaper, FM Magazine, and BBC Radio on several occasions. Her unique approach, blending finance expertise with behavioural insights, has earned her recognition with awards such as the Great British Businesswoman Award 2022 and Top 100 Women INvolve Yahoo Future Leaders 2022.
Her finance and behaviour change consultancy company, Mind Over Money, provides training and bespoke programs for organisations to improve financial decision-making, confidence and financial acumen. Past clients include Moonpig, Equifax, and Lewisham Homes.
Krystle is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience working with companies in the creative spaces of PR, advertising, marketing, and technology – being responsible for managing the finances of million-pound businesses. She is also a Mental Health First Aider, CBT Coach and business Mentor and has studied neurofinance and behavioural and economic science.
